 (Product Varieties) Our company deals with *5 types of products, i.e., seamless tees & crosses, ***0 , **0 and **0 elbows, concentric and eccentric reducers, lap joint stub ends, caps, flanges, forged socket series, unions, reversible pneumatic valve actuators, altogether more than ***0 kinds of specifications. Materials used are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium and nickel etc. Minimum caliber of seamless product is3/8″（DN*0）, and maximum caliber, *2″（DN**0）. Maximum thickness of extruded fittings is **0mm. Maximum caliber of forged fittings is **8″. And we have anannual production capacity of one million pieces of fittings.  (Manufacture Equipment, Inspection Equipment and Technical Capability) Our company owns about **0 sets of equipment including two large-scale oil presses(***0t and ***0t respectively), two tee-forming machines (3×***0t and 3×**0trespectively), large-scale medium-frequency bend & elbow forming machine (***0t,φ***0**0),two all-fiber high-temperature bogie-hearth resistance furnaces, two natural gas heating furnaces(***0****0****0 and ***0****0****0 respectively ). Our company also possesses about *0 sets of material analysis and test equipment, including tensile testing machine(0.6 million tons), hot tensile testing machine, normal-temp and low-temp impact testing machine, microprocessor auto-controlled infrared C-S analyzer, ARL quantitative analysis spectrometer, metalloscope. We have such NDT methods as XT, MT, UT and PT, which promises a supreme quality of the fittings. Our technology of forming the fittings is most advanced in the world.
